If you would like to reset your password you can do this directly from the website.
Website:
1. Click 'log in' in the top right corner
2. Click 'forgot password'
3. A verification code will be sent to your email
4. Enter your verification code and new password
5. Complete - you can now log in with your new password

If you select 'Forgot password' from the app's log in screen, you'll be redirected to our website to reset your password.
Haven't received your email with the unique code?
Please check your junk or spam inbox and make sure you're using the correct email. If your account was created using a Google or Apple login, please see below.
Google or Apple Log ins:
If your EvolveYou account was created using Google or Apple login, you’ll need to continue using the relevant Google or Apple login option to access your account.
As your account is authenticated through Google or Apple, you won’t be able to reset your EvolveYou password through our password reset system. If you need to change your password, this will need to be done directly through your Google or Apple account settings.
