How to reset your password

If you would like to reset your password you can do this directly from the website or from directly within the app.

Website:

1. Click 'log in' in the top right corner

2. Click 'forgot password'

3. A verification code will be sent to your email

4. Enter your verification code and new password

5. Complete - you can now log in with your new password

1. Open the app

2. Go to the log in screen

3. Press 'forgot password'

4. Enter your email address

5. You will receive a unique code via email

6. Enter this into the app

7. Choose your new password

Haven't received your email with the unique code?

Please check your junk or spam inbox and make sure you're using the correct email.
