How do I cancel my subscription?

We'll be sorry to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any point to avoid an auto-renewal.

If your subscription was purchased directly through the EvolveYou website these subscriptions will not appear in your Google/Apple subscription settings and you will need to log in on the website and manage your account. You will need to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours in advance of your renewal date to avoid being charged as outlined in our terms and conditions.

Please note that every EvolveYou subscription is set to automatically renew at the end of its current billing period. If you don’t want to be charged again, you must complete the cancellation at least 24 hours before your renewal date. At this time there isn’t an option to pause or simply switch off auto-renew; cancelling your subscription is the only way to stop future payments. After you cancel, you’ll continue to have full access to the app until the expiry date shown on your account.

You must follow all steps to cancel your subscription, uninstalling the app without doing this will lead to future payments being taken. After cancelling any subscription, you will continue to have full access to the app until your current subscription expires.

Website subscriptions:

Go to the website homepage and click 'Log In' in the top right corner
Scroll down and tap 'Cancel Subscription' in the subscription settings
Answer a couple of questions
Click 'Unsubscribe me'
Once successfully complete it will tell you when your subscription will expire

You must answer all questions and go through the flow to cancel your subscription. You can also manage anything to do with your subscription in this section.

Once a cancellation is successfully applied, your expiry date will be shown on your account page via the website. Here you will also see that the your subscription is 'scheduled for cancellation'. If this is not the case, your subscription has not been cancelled.

Apple subscriptions:

Go to Settings and click your Apple ID at the top of the screen
Scroll down and tap 'Subscriptions'
Choose your EvolveYou subscription
Tap 'Cancel Subscription'

Your Apple subscription has now been cancelled and will expire at the end of its term.

Google subscriptions:

Open the Google Play app
At the top right, tap the profile icon
Tap 'Payments and Subscriptions' and choose subscriptions
Choose your EvolveYou subscription and cancel subscription
Follow the instructions

Your Google Play subscription has now been cancelled and will expire at the end of its term.
